Embrace Life's Little Nuances

Another day has dawned,
It comes bringing with it for you more chances.
Are you going to mope and forlorn?
Or wake up; see it bearing hope in its little nuances…

Tomorrow remains a mystery. Every minute precious decides, what right now stands unforeseen. We in our today have the time to make a difference in a way that would count. We have the ability to reach out and touch lives. We have the choice of allowing change to work for us in ways that would make us smile, and feel it uplift our heart and mind at the same time…

It is up to us to use this limited time that we have been gifted with, to leave a positive mark in our own life, as well as the lives of those who surround us. We might not even have the next second to call ours.

And so, before this precious opportunity passes us by, we really do need to do what we need to do - say what we need to say...

its nice to read something with positivity in here :). dont mind me saying so , but even though i really like your writings , it shows to me an emptiness on the inside .a feeling of longing to be with someone, there are reasons , we all need to wait, Allahu-Alim but the best i can tell you is , God is making a soldier out of you, for what is to come , inshAllah and when it does come, itll pass you by and you wont even notice. thats how strong you will be and thats how happy inshAllah :) its good to reflect but dont dwelve so much into yourself that it can push the buttons of "not going anywhere-crazy". :) . i hope Allah grants your duas. it is easier said than done but inshAllah , what u ache is right around the corner, u just need to get there !!!

Hey M... JazakAllah khayr for the duas love :)

Positive moments do seep their way into my mind sometimes too... Its their re-visit, that keeps my boat floating, keeps hope soaring, keeps my going :)

I know what u mean... and inspite of it all being true... thru what i write, I find reprieve... therefore whatever their mood... ill continue with that, as well as prayer ofcourse, and thanx for the continous support and reassurance of better tomorrows ahead.

truly appreciate them, blah as i often sound, otherwise 0= )

moping has its charms.

especially for those of us who are self-sufficient and independent, the occasional mope can be nice, self-indulgent, and refreshing :D

ALLAH'S PLANS

Some things are beyond planning.
And life doesn't always turn out as planned.
You don't plan for a broken heart.
You don't plan for an autistic child.
You don't plan for spinsterhood.
You don't plan for a lump in your breast.

You plan to be young forever.
You plan to climb the corporate ladder.
You plan to be rich and powerful.
You plan to be acclaimed and successful.
You plan to conquer the universe.
You plan to fall in love - and be loved forever.

You don't plan to be sad.
You don't plan to be hurt.
You don't plan to be broke.
You don't plan to be betrayed.
You don't plan to be alone in this world.
You plan to be happy.
You don't plan to be shattered .

Sometimes if you work hard enough, you can get what you want. But MOST
times, what you want and what you get are two different things.

We, mortals, plan. But so does Allah (SWT) in the heavens. Sometimes, it
is difficult to understand Allah's plans especially when His plans are
not in consonance with ours .

Often, when He sends us crisis, we turn to Him in anger. True, we cannot
choose what Allah wishes us to carry, but we can carry it with courage
knowing that He will never abandon us nor send something we cannot cope
with .

Sometimes, Allah breaks our spirit to save our soul.
Sometimes, He breaks our heart to make us whole.
Sometimes, He allows pain so we can be stronger.
Sometimes, Allah sends us failure so we can be humble.
Sometimes, He allows illness so we can take better care of ourselves.
And sometimes, Allah takes everything away from us so we can learn the
value of everything He gave us

Make plans, but understand that we live by Allah's grace.

Although they plan, Allah also plans. And Allah is the Best of Planners.

WOW at comment length... has left me with an itch to know who 'anonymous' is :D I get a feeling its a female gender tho because of the last sentence in the 1st verse. Wud never expect it coming from a man, even tho it does happen to men too...

Having said that... I completely agree with all that u said. Indeed Allah swt is the Best of Planners.

Thanx for passing by the blog (once again if ure the same as the last anonymous). Perhaps an initial wud help keep track of who my readers are 0= )

JazakAllah khayr :)
